DB backup

Following on from a DB issue here viewtopic.php?f=6&t=34372&p=259655#p259655 I thought I'd setup copying the DB out of the Pi to elsewhere.
I found this great article https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Daily_bac ... ternal_hdd but there's a great built in backup process so is it not possible to just use rsync this folder?

I use Duplicati to backup my Domoticz directory and some other stuff to a google drive.
