Conbee II and CC2531 with zigbee2mqtt

Post by Dave21w »

Am I likely to run into any issue if running both of these on the same system, I don't like the way the Conbee (with phoscon) reacts with some wireless switches, they seem much better with the CC2531 and zigbee2mqtt

Thanks

Hi Thorgal789

I want to use the Xiaomi Double Wireless switch but after pairing through phoscon and then adding in Domoticz it is only seen as one device with multiple functions, I need to see two separate switches, in addition to this it seems if one has been pressed so it is on pressing the other button to turn that on turns the first one off, is this normal ?

Thanks
Dave

ha ok, so yes, right, and I can't do anything, it s the deconz working mode. you have 1 value as return, that contain the button, the press number, long press, the number of button pressed, ect ...
So I m using only 1 widget for that. The opple can have more than 30 different values.
If one has been pressed so it is on pressing the other button to turn that on turns the first one off, is this normal ?
It s monostable button, not bistable, so they are pressed or not. So the device have 1 button pressed, 2 or none.

For "aesthetic reason", all switch are set to "off" after 3/4s, but zigbee2mqtt do same and immediatly.
