Tuya powermeter in Domoticz possible

Hello,

I want to make a powermeter in my Domoticz. I don't want to spend to much money for it. It is just for fun. I saw on Aliexpress several meters, dat are wifi connected and support Tuya, smart life, Alexa and Google assistance.

Is it possible to integrate such power meter in Domoticz ? Or does someone know an other solution ?

I bought a sonoff pow r2 and this time locally:

And flashed it with tasmota. I now use it for logging my soladin 600 inverter.

Thanks Jake for your reaction. I saw that switch. I think that could be a solution. It is cheap, but I want to use it on the camping and I use some times between the 15-20 amp. I saw this switch can 15 amp max. Is that true ?

Well, that is what it says. I wouldn't dare to use cheap Chinese stuff with a high amperage through it. In my case the solar panels have a maximum (measured so far) wattage of 450W, which is just above 2A and therefore quite safe to use.

In the past I have wrecked 2 other power switches that were connected to the freezer, which draws only 50W. However when the pump kicks in, the spike probably kills those (particular) switches over time. So, durability might depend on the type of electrical device that you connect to your switch.
