Help with 3 Button Dimmer?

Hello,
I have a dimmer that uses a 3 button remote. The remote is detected by RFLink as:
20;04;EV1527;ID=038b3a;SWITCH=04;CMD=ON;
20;05;EV1527;ID=038b3a;SWITCH=02;CMD=ON;
20;06;EV1527;ID=038b3a;SWITCH=01;CMD=ON;

Where SWITCH=04 is up, Switch=02 is down and SWITCH=01 is ON/OFF
So I can control the https://speedtest.vet/ https://vidmate.bid/ https://wordtopdf.ltd/ light with a single On/Off switch in Domoticz, but I can't control the intensity. I would get two other devices for Up and Down, which does not really make sense. Also if the lights are Off, neither UP nor DOWN will turn them on.
Is there any way to build such an device in Domoticcz, or do I need some other control in RFLink to get the deve set up with Domticz ?
