Fibaro universal sensor, how to ad ds18b20

Hi

Today i use a fibaro universal sensor with one ds18b20 sensor attached to it, but i want to ad 3 more sensors, is there an easy way to get these new sensors visible in domoticz, or do i need to exclude and include the fibaro universal sensor again for all the sensors to be visible in domoticz?
