Check db version compatibility before restore

Use this forum to discuss possible implementation of a new feature before opening a ticket.
A developer shall edit the topic title with "[xxx]" where xxx is the id of the accompanying tracker id.

Hi,
wouldn't it be a good idea to check if the version of the db that we try to upload is compatible with the actual Domoticz instance?
Right now it's possible to load a newer version of the db into an older instance causing Domoticz to crash.

Edit: I've inverted newer/older
