Perhaps you can have a look at Node Red.
I think, a nice node, you can find at: https://flows.nodered.org/node/node-red ... x-ultimate.

However there are other nodes for KNX, as well.

In Node Red you can create a flow and push it with MQTT to Domoticz.

Perhaps for your purpose it needs some modifications

This is definitely the fastest solution to achieve your goal.
