2 way authentication on domoticz interface

GD all,

My Fibaro died and I haven't been that happy with Fibaro during the life cycle of this HC2.
But looking at the bright side, I now have a good excuse to look into other solutions to do my home automation.

Looking into Domoticz I feel like security is not really up-to-date.
Is there for example a way to set 2-way authentication (TOTP) for the interface itself?
As far as I can see now, the only way is either simple password with some NAT & SSL encryption, or use the myDomoticz beta webapp.

Anyway, thanks in advance for some advice.
