Is it possible to install dzVents V3 in the current stable version of Domoticz (V4.10717)?

Sorry but no. dzVents is completely integrated in domoticz. That was already in earlier versions but with V3.0.0 the integration is even tighter.
Debian buster, bullseye on RPI-4, Intel NUC.
