Error on Set level with Hue Lights

Hi,
Sometimes my Philips Hue lights do not light with the right level of intensity. with the order

commandArray['sdb hue']='Set Level: 100 %'

sometimes the lights turned on with a level 1% without errors in my logs.
I'm using the last stable Domoticz with the Hue bridge.
