Looking for a wall device or remote for room temperature set

Could somebody please recommend me some device that i can put on the wall(or use as remote) to set temperature and send it to domoticz?
wifi or rfxcom(433mhz)? it will be also good if it will send current room temperature too.

later this data will be used to switch on/off air conditions and set different modes depending on conditions.

it should work local, without any api,clouds and without internet
it should be not expensive

its used for floor heating i see? can you also use it then for no floor heating?
