Blockly and scenes

I found how I can set a scene using blockly, but can I also do it the other way around?

Reason for this is: if I enable the scene "Bed time", I want group to be switched off. This group is not available as "Device", but in Blockly I can set it. So, can I run a Blockly script if a scene is activated? Or can I check in a Blockly if a scene is active and do something based on that?
