Elro ab440 not possible to give command off

I am new to domoticz and maybe I do it wrong.

I want to add an Elro switch. When I use the AB and give the command off 3 lines are added in the devicelist.
1 Type: Security X10 Subtype: Security Data: Normal
2 Type: Lightning 4 Subtype: PT2262 Data: On
3 Type: Lightning 4 Subtype: PT2262 Data: On (Identical to the previous line, but with another ID)
I have added all the devices and give those a name.
I make a new scene and choose a device I just added, when i choose command off and add this device then in the device list the command = on. That happens with the other lightning device too. After that I add the device to the active devices and push the off button and save the scene
I can put the switch on but never to succeed to put this switch off.

What goes wrong?
