Domoticz switch with hold functions untill push

Does somebody know if there is a default functions in domoticz, that a switch has a hold functions untill manual set back?

Why i use it:
The smoke detector gives a pulse.
I trigger the alarm sirine with it.
Default the sirene gives 1 second a sound and stops.

Now i have used a dummy device. Which is set by the smoke detector. And i have to manually set the dummy off (on the dashboard). The sirene is triggered by the dummy. So it stays making sound untill i switch the dummy off

When having 12 smoke detectors, this gives a lot of dummies. Therefor i was looking for a default domoticz function. I can't use 1 dummy for all 12 detectors, because the dashboard also uses it for displaying the location of the alarm
