Google Assistant and IFTTT: complaining about device not setup?

I have problems controlling Domoticz devices using Google Assistant and IFTTT (in Dutch). I first made an IFTTT applet with IF Google Assistant / Simple phrase = 'some phrase' THEN webhooks execute a URL that works okay in the browser for switching on a light. If I say the simple phrase entered, Google Assistant will respond (also in Dutch) with 'It looks like this device has not been setup yet. You can do that in the Google Home app'. There is no IFTTT service to add in the Google Home app, so how to proceed?
