Heiman_HS2WD-E Compatible with zigate

The Heiman HS2WD-E Strobe+Sirene will be compatible with Zigate firmware 3.1a and is integrated with the Zigate plugin on beta branch

Release of the new firmware is scheduled around July. Integration in plugin already done .
