Trying to use Android app "IP Webcam"

As I understad this app should work with Domoticz, but no matter how i configure it Im unable to get working,
the feed window in Edit camera only shows picture for <1 second when pressing "test connection".

Using Raspberry Pi 2 with RFLink/USB

Any ideas?

When adding a new camera with the same settings that new one worked? then I just deleted the first one.

Hello Thomas, can't comment on the use of this Android app but I Have experienced comparable kinds of problems with Domoticz connecting an iPhone 3 and 4 as IP camera to Domoticz using the IPCam app of SKJM.
For reasons, I don't know yet I also get pictures for a very brief instance. Also it seems as if only one of the iPhones can be connected at the same time.

I'm using a Raspberry 2 with a Aeotec Z-stick Gen5

Im using this android app as ip-cam every day - very solid and has been working without issues since i posted this:

Here you can see some settings and so.
One issue I experienced was if I had post set the same as Domoticz.

I tried to use the webcam with this application, but the image is canceled after two seconds and it closes. I do not know if there is an update to correct this error or what can I do ...

I have no problems with this app. Make sure the settings in ip webcam app is optimal for your phone

Check settings for screen resolution. I had to reduce that once.

this app works like a charm,

BUT You need to turn on development mode, make sure the screen stays always on. Most devices cancel the camera feed to this app when the screen dims or turns of (battery saving or so)

The only nasty thing is : once or twice a day the app "steals" focus -> so it is less suitable on a tablet running domoticz to switch things.
