Domoticz offline after 10 seconds

Hello,

When I turn on the raspberry, domoticz is starting up, but after 10 seconds is domoticz offline.
Then I give the command 'sudo service domoticz restart' and domoticz is running..

When there is a problem with the voltage, the raspberry start automatically, but domoticz is going offline after 10 seconds..!

Is there anyone who knows what the problem is?
