Custom icons please HELP

I can not do anything to upload the icon. Domoticz working on Windows 10. I have an error "Error uploading Iconset: Error writing zip to disk"

Please HELP ?

perhaps unzip en take a look of the format domoticz is asking for.
There is in the wiki a topic..
