Add two times the same switch

Hi guys,

I've added some switches to open and close my windows.
I want to add twice each switch, so I can have one with 40 seconds to delay off, so all the windows is closed or opened, and one to keep opening while is not turned off. Is this possible?
Also, is it possible to create a rule so two switches can't be activated at the same time? This avoid the motor with both orders at the same time.
