Can this be done? How?

So I have been struggling with the following situation and am not sure how to proceed.
I have: Domoticz running on a raspberry pi 3. Bunch of Xiaomi sensors and Xiaomi gateway on the way. I also have the Xiaomi Aqara cam but I can't get it to work with Domoticz. Works on third party also using the rtsp stream. What I would like to achieve..
Implement 4 outdoor and 4 indoor camera's with motion sensors to be triggered from Domoticz as well as to trigger events or scenes within Domoticz.
Best would be if I could create a tab on the dashboard with the 8 Livestreams running on demand (so not continuous) or an external app with snapshots and starting to run when activated by clicking. Would also like to be able to record the video (snapshots) to the cloud or to my Synology Has.

Just struggling how to proceed here.
Any advice would be much appreciated
