I see the red led on the razberry board flash during startup but do not start flashing green.

Put back my old SD card and zwave is working again. But no I can't install IKEA plugin

I hade to disable the serial port in raspberry config tool and enable it in the config.txt file.
No I just re add all nodes but it's working.
