Zigate and xiaomi door sensor cant pair

HI guys,
Im newbe in domoticz and zigate today i tried to pair some door sensors but without succes.
my server is i7, xubuntu ,zigate plugin 4.0.0
so i press button on device /xiaomi aquara door sensor/ and in log show this:
zigate is usb not wifi

yesterday i try it on my virtualbox all has working with no issue but today on my proper server not
what i need to do?

Does the ZiGate is flashing? Confirming the pairing mode.
In the log you attached, I didn’t see any pairing messages coming ?
To pair a xiaomi device you need to press the pairing button for about 5 to 6sec

no never had flashing. i bought half year ago but till last week didnt use it.it strange that there is nothing in log about pairing it was there few hours before. i have pressed it for about 7 s and nothing hapen

There several models the latest are flashing. So no worries.

From the logs you sent it is like the device announce is not coming and instead we got unexpected messages.

Could you do the following:

Update to the latest version of stable branch ( check github )
From the plugin option menu set the Sofware Reset to True

Try to capture all logs and post them with a try of pairing your device

Do you mean git pull in Zigate directory and then reset ? Sorry im really newbe in all this stuff

Yes git pull

And the reset is on the plugin screen in Domoticz.

Last I saw in you logs that you have also Open ZWave. Are you sure of the tty port for Zigate and it is not mixed with the OZW key ?

Have you tried replacing the battery to a new one?

The unknown message type looks strange and doesn’t look Zigate messages. So wonder if that is really the Zigate connected to that port
