change color in blocky?

i have some rgb lights controlled by a conbee stick, is it possible to turn on a specific color when the bulb is turned on, even if there where another color when the bulb was turned off?

I do this with scenes because i also have no idea how to with blocky

i tried it with scenes , it worked pretty good, if i dont solve it with blocky i will stick to scenes.
