How to get a password reset for Domoticz

Hi.
I'am new on this forum and a starting user with a raspberry PI with Domoticz and RFXcom.

A got everything running and want to use Domoticz from an other location and then it went wrong.

And now I cannot login on my.domoticz. I have everyting

He asks me a username and password. What I enter its not accepted but I am shure it is right.
How can I get a reset.

cd to domoticz works.
after the command : sudo service domoticz.sh stop >
answer: unable to resolve host raspberrypiPeter

sudo service domoticz.sh stop : na het status commando zegt hij Domoticz stopped.

How do I do this : Start domoticz by hand (as root) with the command line argument:

In the same dir?
then Error: webserver (HTTP) startup failed on address 0.0.0.0 with port 8080 bind :address already in use
check if no other application is using port :8080

the same error for port 443

Yesterday i got the same, I made a user and Password for controllicz and i am very shure i type in the exact phrase. I also got not started with 0.0.0

2018-10-29 21:49:33.999 Error: WebServer(SSL) check privileges for opening ports below 1024
2018-10-29 21:49:34.000 Error: No servers are configured. Hence mydomoticz will not be started either.
2018-10-29 21:49:34.000 Status: Proxymanager started.

My Domoticz runs on 8081 not on 8080 as it has been installed with Homebridge which wil use 8080 for the screen.

I have the same problem. When setting my password it does not seem to work. If i enter the exact credentials i have setup in my domoticz settings it won't login.

I tried both login methods (webpage and popup). I have reset my password a dozen of times and tried it all but it does not seem to work. Anyone has a solution for this?

Or is it possible to set the password via the console?

This is what helped me.

The login was not working when using http. When I switched to using https it worked.
