Rsync errors - Permission denied

RPI3
Domoticz Beta 10267

Rsync command fails ( code 23) due to permission denied for some domoticz files as per attached screenshot.
Rsync runs in a sh script ( options -aH )

Is it a known issue ?

Did you run rsync as root (sudo rsync ...) ?

Yes , the rsync problem exists with sudo or without sudo
