how to disable command from Python Framework

Inside the Python Framework we would like NOT to accept any command prior to have a well initialized plugin.

I didn't find any way to reject any onCommand() calls in the way that the Domoticz UI get the feedback.

Do you have any hints ?

Alternative, how can we send a notification to Domoticz informing that the command has not been through ?
