WWW templates and Python Plugin framework

We are currently investigating the way to develop some web pages for a Python Plugin.

In such we are targeting to use the www/templates to host some pages and run the Admin Ui and some other graphical stuff of the python plugin.
However we have currently the issue to get access to the plugin directory

Is there any other alternatives to develop a Web Interface for a plugin ?
