RFLink and Worcester-Bosch DT10RF - anybody got it working?

I have recently connected a RFLink to my Raspberry Pi Domoticz system. Its using the Qiachip WL101 and WL102 for connectivity. My system can detect when the Worcester Bosch Digistat thermostat turns the boiler on and off, but I can't seem to do it from Domoticz with the signal as captured by RFLink. There are some references on the internet about needing 3 pulses to turn it on (http://www.stevenhale.co.uk/main/2013/0 ... thermostat) , but if I put three in a dzvent action, only one seems to get sent - I suspects its the delay sending from Domoticz to RFLink. Has anybody managed to get this working?
