Newby question: Access Error: 404 - Not Found, on Windows

I did a first time install of Domoticz on Windows 7, using the default folders. On starting, I get "Access Error: 404 - Not Found, Cannot locate document: /" in the web browser. I uninstalled and reinstalled in c:\domoticz and c:\domoticz\log, with the same result, thinking that the c:\program files (x86) folder would have access restrictions.

What do I need to do to get it working? Is there a config file I need to edit?
