Couple of weeks ago I got myself some Philips Hue RGBWW bulbs and I have to say that it's really fun how one can play around and set the mood in a room and as well extremely high WAF as well. But, when it comes to set the colors in Domoticz it's not that easy and while a think it's great that it actually shows that I can play around with 16 millions colors it actually becomes less usable with the current color wheel. What I'm missing would either be able to edit the RGB values directly using either number or slides as the current way is a bit hard:
Or what I actually like is how the Domoticz Android app does as it make use of less colors and with that it makes it easier to find the color one is looking for:
(Check reply for the missing image which the forum keeps removing...)
So if both RGB values could be directly edited and together with a simplified color wheel that would be really great.
Also on the topic it would be really cool if the color settings could be saved as a color profile and to be re-used quickly with other scenes, groups and lamps.

Re: Not Easy to handle the RGB colors in Domoticz
This is how the Domoticz Android app presents the color wheel; a bit easier to quickly find the color one is seeking for:

Any hope to this this being recovered or having numeric value as a complementary input which it seems to have been in the past.

Re: Not Easy to handle the RGB colors in Domoticz
I would make things a LOT easier is i could just enter the HEX RGB code for a color to get all the lamps the same color. This color picker is quite useless for that purpose actually. So please make it available again.
It would be nice to read the current RGB code of a lamp and be able to unput that value to other lamps.

Agree, multiply options would be great, so both HEX value including the options for choosing whether one want to use 16M color or 64 colors (or what ever number which would be appropriate) would be great!

I would definitely like to have value fields for RGB and WW temperature and dimmer %! Try setting 4 hue lamps for a warm white at 66% dim without that!...

The function once existed, why was it removed?

The field seems to exist for nothing. Here it defaults always to FFFFFF and it's impossible to change or save anything else.
Yes that's the question, why not make this functional to set the white level.
