Seems "ThreadTerminateTimeout" is not used in the recent OZW code, only when build for WinRT, and i don't think many (if not none) of use is using this. (WinRT is not the default windows build)

I have no problem with dumping it,
The two I got improvement from were "RetryTimeout" and "AssumeAwake" (in particular the startup speed of Z-Wave when starting Domoticz).

Sure you have not as it is not used 
In the upcoming beta version you can not change these parameters directly when you select the controller (node 1)
