Blockly keeps looping every 1 minute

When one off the lights is Turning to ON, blockly keep sending every 1 minute an OFF signal :to the CCTV cam .
What's the cause of this problem?

Waht blockly type did you choose? (All, Device, Security, Time or Uservariable)

If you have it set to All, it includes time, so the script is checked every minuet. So it will trigger every min while allconditions are met.
If you change it to device - it will only trigger when one of the devices changes state - and your time conditions are met.
