Delete unused devices

Hello,
after including a fibaro switch, I have the switch device and some other devices I don't use. Is it possible to delete these devices or are they necessary.

Why?
They are part of the installed ZWAVE device, so just leave them hidden as Domoticz is receiving information on their statuses.
