Dashboard not showing correctly on Smartphone or Tablet (but desktop computer is fine)

Post by originaltacos »

Hello,

I installed Dashticz on my Synology NAS. Everything is working fine on my Desktop Computer und I made my own configuration. Then I tryed to open the dashboard on my Tablet where the Dashboard should finaly be used but all the device blocks were missing.

I reinstalled everything and when I open the fresh installation I have already a problem on the tablet. On the sunrise block the time is not showing up only the icons. It works on the desktop pc but not on my tablet or on my smartphone. I tryed with different browser and all have the same problem.

I didn't find anything about this problem. Could someone help me?

A bit late but i just encountered the same problem when running Dashticz on a new Android tablet.
This is a security issue when Domoticz has username/password. Login on your tablet in Domoticz and then u can use Dashticz.

Yes you are right and I found it a few days ago. Didn't took the time to write the solution. The problem was not the tablet or the smartphone. It was only working in the browser where I usually log in Domoticz. Using another Browser on the desktop pc and I got the same problem. It was a security issue.

My security settings were on "login". I just changed setup so that on local network no login is needed and it worked on all devices.
