Option to keep sensor data for x number of years

I would really like to see an option to keep sensor data for x number of years.

At the moment my understanding is that data is only kept for 1 year in the database.

I'd really like to store things like my weight, sleep data and average living room noise level for longer than this.

Push it to a MySQL database and you can keep whatever you want.

Yep, this is what I am currently working on right now...

Still it would be nice to have the option in Domoticz, I'd go another step and say it would be great for Domoticz DB to work from MySQL but I don't think its happening anytime soon.

influx and grafana is also a popular combination to store and graph stuff over longer time with a bit better resolution and such.
