CCT Led Dimming

Dear all,

I have a new LED ceiling fixture with adjustable CCT. The provided controller is terrible and I would like to domotize it so I'm ready to revamp it.

The lamp is connected to AC via a traditional switch in the wall, and I would like to keep using it.
Is there a LED controller which is able to remember its last setting when AC is switched off and on? I have found some posts for instance which rule out Fibaro ZWave controller, as it looses the connection to the ZWave network when switched off.
