Unable to switch off device

Hi!

I have a power switch which is connected via a RFLink device:

ID: 00000041
Unit: 1
Type: Light/Switch
SubType: ARC

I can turn on the device via domoticz which works without any problems. But switching off
the device fails, it is marked as "switched off" in domoticz, but the device is still on.

What can I do to further debug this issue?

How do you originally turn it on or off ? Does it have separate on and off buttons ?

Did you get the device added/learned automatically or did you use the button on the hardware page?
