Netatmo wind gauge - how fast are wind peaks reported to domoticz

Post by booster »

I'm thinking about adding a netatmo weather station to my setup.
A main reason is to also have the wind gauge to measure windpeaks / gust.
I wanted to use it for taking my sunscreen back in when it gets too windy, to avoid damage..

However, I'm wondering how fast windpeaks are reported back to domoticz? As domotics pulls the data from netatmo - is this still going in 10 minutes intervals? In that case it might be too much delay for my purpose ;)

Can anyone advice if this will be suitable, or should I better go for a device on 433mhz and direct communication?

If they make the poll-value a configuration you can use it :) Or you can change it yourr self and compile :)
