3 buttons switch (chinese)

Post by Ouate »

Hi,
I bought the following 3 buttons chinese switch (below).
I have a RFcom working perfectly.
When I push a button of this switch, the RFcom LED is lighting.
That means the frequency is detected by RFcom.
Unfortunately I can not se a new device in the devices list even if the RFlink LED is lighting.

I think I tried every protocols, no success.

Does someone know how to make this switch work with Domoticz?
Anyone can help me ?

I tested every protocol one by one and I realized that only "undec on" is lighting the RFlink LED.

Does someone know how to make this switch working in this case ?
Is it possible ?

Thanks for your help

You are talking about a RFcom and RFlink, what is it? Using 'undec' suspects you are using a RFXcom right? If that is true, it probably means it's not supported.

I'm sorry, it's RFXCOM - RFXtrx433 USB 433.92MHz Transceiver (Version: Ext/1020)

Maybe a "stupid question", but you do have the "Accept new Hardware Devices " switched on during these tests?

Yes, new devices are already accepted.
This is not the cause.

Thanks for your help :)

Hik, the protocol is listed in the devices page. Beside the name of the device.
I will be helpful if you could let me know.

I answer to myself because I found the answer.

This device (The 3 buttons switch) is detected using the protocol "Lightning 4" with a RFXcom
The problem is, when you activacted the protocal "Rubiscon" in the same time, the switch becomes not detected.

Impossible to detect it using the 2 protocols activated in the same time.

I have devices using Rubiscon protocol... I don't know how can I do to use the 2 kinds of devices in the same time.

Does someone has a solution ?
