RFlink and PONG

Hi,

After a long time of error free operation on latest stable Domoticz the log suddenly shows a lot of PONG messages. Nothing has changed in setup or switches. And, what is worse, a RfLink switch (kaku) starts responding unreliably.
I found that the pong message is not something to be concerned about, but I would like to understand why the message is suddenly there.

Any thoughts?
