Hey gents
We visited a 'smart demo home' the other day and the first thing that I noticed was that on several key locations they had not 1, but 3 touchscreen panels against the wall to control either lights, alarm system or heating .... not so smart.
I would like to control our new home from only a single display interface -> domoticz. Is anyone taking the same route?
Lights (zwave) and alarm (satel), I have probably roughly figured out.
But how about the 'smart' thermostat, any suggestions on how you would hide the control panel with temperature reading?
- behind a curtain or painting (I'd like a more - smart - solution)
- remote temperature reading (only a small sensor on the wall, not a full size display - much better solution already)
Any suggestions or comments welcome Thx !!

Re: thermostat thoughts
I don’t have a room thermostat anymore. I use Fibaro smoke detectors as thermometer with in combination with virtual setpoints. Result: perfect temperature control in each room

Cool idea and wow! you have a lot of scripts, thx.
I did not plan for to many multisensors at the moment, but obviously I will need some, so I'll keep this solution in mind.

Re: thermostat thoughts
Exactly, a good working domoticz system doesn't need displays all over the place. 9 out of 10 domoticz controlled things in my house run by themselves, controlled by scripts or blockly events.
