Fibaro RGBW Dimmer only showing red Topic is solved

Hi All,

First time using an RGBW controller (Fibaro FGRGBWM-441) and a RGBW led strip and i'm fairly new to domoticz, so bear with me .

Let me start with saying that the setup i bought, fibaro and led strip, should work with Domoticz according to the seller.

The problem is that the led strip is only showing red colors, when i pick another color the lights go out. I can dim the red light but thats it. When i pick the green color I can see it light up a little but its bareley there.

I think it has something to do with the configuration but i'm absoluty not sure, anyone who can help me out?

I'm using domoticz V3.8153 on a Raspberry pi with Z-wave module.

In case anyone else has this problem, it looks likte it was caused by having the wrong power supply. I used a power supply that i allready had but the new LED strip i ordered was a 24 volt while the power supply was 12volts.

Low power allways only lights up the red lights.
Try to set the LED strip to any color (except red) and at <4% in Domoticz, only the RED leds will illuminate.
