RFXMeter/Meter settings

Hi,
can someone help me with this:

what value do i need to enter in met RFXMeter/Meter settings in Domoticz for electricity and gas?

My electricity meter says: 450pulses = 1kWh
Gas meter: 1pulse = 0.01m³

do i need to enter= elec: 450
and gas: 100

?
