For $15 on Banggood

Does it work with Domoticz? What to expect from motion detection? Can it filter pets?

Well,

I have 2 of these.... nice camera's! Support onvif, but....accessing it, only goes through there cloud client, I don't like that :)
But it is running on Linux Distro, so I am going to look if there is a possibility to have it worked without streaming through their servers...
For the money it is well worth it!
