RFXcom and universal remote control

Can some one tell me how to pair this remote control? I have reset the remote (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l-k_XvkZ0jE) this works for me. Other options do not work. In FRXCom i have enabled lighting 4, but after this what to do?

I can only check 1,2,3 ,4 ,5 ,6, 7 etc + Transmit... how do i scan/learn/pair this remote so i can program the buttons to scene's groups etc.

I also turned of the protocols that seem to give some problems.
