Help with script to Control solar water heater

Hello, can anyone help me please?

I would like to control a solar water heater with domoticz.
With blocky I do not get that, so I think I need a script here.
I have 2 onewire temperature sensors 1 in the collector and 1 in the boiler and a pump switch.
If the temperature difference is greater than 10 degrees, the pump must go on and if the temperature difference is smaller than 3 degrees, the pump must be switched off.
If the temperature in the collector is higher than 140 degrees, the pump must also be switched off.
