Dashticz - Feature Requests

Is it possible to create buttons instead a dropdown menu.

Id like to bump this idea up.

A time setting between the device is going in to standby.
Day time no standby
Night always standby

I would like to ask for the following feature:
Turn back to the main screen when Dashticz is in the standby screen when a switch is turned on.

This means I can do the following:
With the app motion sensor and tasker you can use the frontcamera of the tablet displaying Dashticz to switch on a certain switch when motion is detected.
So when you approach Dashticz the screen will switch to the normal mode. A similar approach like the Nest for example.

I've got another solution for this problem, i'm using http://www.ozerov.de/fully-kiosk-browser/ which got the feature motion detection.
The screen is off in standard, but the camera is still looking for motion.

This might fit your needs better than doing this with 3 apps, sending data to domoticz, get info back and turn the screen on

That method is endeed easier but doesn't allow you to use the standby screen of Dashticz and just completely turns of the screen.

That method is endeed easier but doesn't allow you to use the standby screen of Dashticz and just completely turns of the screen.

True! But when you want to activate the normal Dashticz dashboard when coming closer to the tablet. You will never see the stand-by screen itself because it will always switch to regular one coming closer

I would love this also. It would however probably make more sense to have the Spotify control integrated in Domoticz itself first. I have done some forum searches but cannot find this has been done so far. But I'm not the pro here

First of all thankx for your hard work! Have everything up and running and will post some screenshots of my config so far. While playing with the right design for my power and gas usage graphs i discovered only morris.area is supported until now. Could it be possible to support also morris.line and morris.bar ? Also like to have more customization options for the graph.js module like line colors/font type/etc.

Hope someone with some spare time will work on this function. Keep up the good work!
