Debug RFXCOM with RasPi ?

Hi

Been using Domoticz along with RFXCOM for a while. I havent used it to transmit for a while (party due to other work) but its been recieving perfectly about 15 sensors and modules.

I tried last night to pair it to some HomeEasy light controllers. I have used both their HE200 and HE300 controllers. Domoticz see's the command perfectly although they end up getting decoded as the following:

Strangely the HE300 is seen as two devices

However when I use Domo to send the command nothing happens. As the light and plug controller are very near (1meter) i dont think there is an issue that way.

I do have some other devices that used to work and again these dont work (although may be out of range - not 100% sure)

How can I verify the RFXCOM is actually transmitting ? Is there a debug mode ?

I have flashed RFCCOM last night up to 1019 in case it was an issue....

Have you tried tu send the command with rfxmgr?

Nope as that means getting it from what's the pi is and connecting it to a windows pc.

If that is the only real way to test and debug then fine. Just a shame there are no tools internally

I have the same problem.
My domoticz is installed at the attic
I'm thinking about to switch over to RFXCOM via LAN.

But I don't know if this will work. For the moment i have 20 devices connected to my RFXCOM this will be a task when i have plenty off spare time...


If this work you can also connect your RFXMGR to this lan port

the reason is that the remote is using 3 protocols and the module is switched with the HE8xx protocol which is not received.
