Add NextSetpoint from Toon

Post by RobertNL »

I am currently working on a script that uses the thermostat settings of the Toon vs the current temperature. Because the Toon sets the 'Arrival time' of the temperature (ie not the start time of the heating, but the time at which the temperature is reached), and the script must be activated before the heating is started, it would be extremely useful if the NextSetpoint, NextSetpointTime and the Program state (on or off) would be available in the Domoticz Toon set-up (for now, I solved this by using a hard-coded setting in the script). I noticed these fields are already available in the Toon API structure. Is it possible to add these to the Toon set-up in Domoticz? (maybe a new device 'NextSetpoint' that contains all three values?).

Are you succeeding in having a connection with Toon? Since the 'toonopafstand.eneco.nl' was taken off-line, I can't keep a stable connection with Toon. Using the build-in Toon-module.

Hi Ed, yes, the connection runs pretty smoothly, also using the built-in Toon Module.
